  Awful customer service. A middle aged lady with glasses who works there pretty much every day is the last person that should be working in customer service. She does not know how to communicate with customers and loves denying services with no clear reasons.

  2. Their ID requirements vary constantly. Sometimes I don't need an ID, sometimes I do, sometimes I need to bring another letter as proof I live there.

  I have found everyone pretty nice here, the staff do seem a bit standoffish but maybe people expect too much from a busy post office (wo)manned by 3 employees. Thanks

  1. The staff seem to enjoy making your life hard and are not at all helpful. I think the guy was Ryan who works on Saturdays who seems to enjoy what little power he has over customers.

  Please hire some staff who actually enjoy their job. The man in training is the only decent, helpful individual, otherwise the rest of the women are just plain rude and impatient. I work in customer service and hospitality and I would be fired in a second if I acted the way those women do.

  Poor experience, i had to call customer service which is so much friendlier in helping me to get my parcel, the lady karen were being really rude as i was on the call with the customer service which later allow me to transfer my parcel to other post office after hearing her. I would give a negative star rating if i could. Worst Aust post office i went.
