  Absolutely shocking. Couldn’t get the staffs attention to even take our order. Average food. Huge overwhelming menu not explained at all. When I asked what was a good dish the waitress rolled her eyes. Went to pay and no one would give us the time of day to even take our payment. They didn’t know which table we were at and gave us the wrong receipt three times. Super disappointing.

  If you like large serves of average food on the expensive side, this is the place for you. The waitress managed to knock over a beer all over us and unapologetic so don't wear your good clothes.

  Wanted to surprise my wife, for her birthday, with a great night out , starting with a restaurant. Made a booking days earlier/arrived a few minutes early for an 8pm booking/ only to hear, "sorry no table ready", sat outside, was not happy strike 1. Waitress takes our order, i ordered a drink and she brings me a different drink, strike 2. Waiter sets table, napkins / no cutlery, meals (spag) arrive and waiter leaves, waited 5 minutes before we see another waiter, asked/ received cutlery strike3. All this and and it wasn't a cheap restaurant, conclusion: we were only 1 couple/ THAT WON'T BE RETURNING. Criniti's please get more organised.

  Guy's this was a really poor show. We were a group of around 16 and considering the amount of money we 'could' of spent. The wait staff were very inattentive. It took more than 45 minutes from the point of ordering drinks for them to even arrive. The table setup was terrible. We had 8 people sat on one side and if someone needed to use the bathroom then 7 people had to 'shuffle' their way out of their seats to make way. Upon going to pay for the bill they point blank refused to split it, which came to around $1500! There were no signs informing they did not split bills. They included a surcharge for using a card which was not stated anywhere which I hasten to say is actually illegal. There was also a hair in the average food. Poor show.
