  I have been going here for 3 years and the doctors and nurses are all extremely knowledgable, professional and kind. They always take the time to go through everything in depth, despite having a lot on their plate. Very happy with the services provided.

  The doctors here are reliably excellent. In particular, Dr Penn and Dr Staunton - they take the time to listen, ask questions and have a warm and easy going bedside manner. Can't recommend them highly enough.

  I've been here many times and the doctors are great, however the service can be quite poor. Today was exceptionally poor. My fiancee badly injured her ankle and cannot walk. I pulled up in front of the office and went in to ask if we could borrow some crutches to get from the car into the building. I was told no, "we don't do that," and that I'd have to help her in. It's pretty poor service when someone who can't walk and is in excruciating pain has to hop, and increase pain from the jarring of the hopping, to see the people who are supposed to help her. Sometimes making exceptions and helping people are a bit more important than sticking strictly to procedure.

  Dr Dougal Adams is apathetic towards patients. Make sure to avoid this individual when making an appointment.
